Do I need to sell to the government?

No. Core covers quoting, purchasing, receiving, and invoicing for any parts business. The DIBBS feed and Scout are available on Standard whenever you need them.

What does migration involve on my side?

Very little. Send us your quotes, customers, and suppliers in whatever format you have them, and we load everything before your team starts. Migration is included with every plan.

Is there a contract?

Plans begin with a six month term, then continue month to month. If Pulse is not working for you in the first 30 days, we refund the full amount.

How many people can use it?

Standard comfortably covers a team of about five. Pro adds room for larger teams and higher volumes. We do not meter or bill by seat.

What does the AI cost on top?

Nothing on Standard and Pro. Scout is included in the flat monthly price, with no usage meters and no credits. Core costs less because it does not include Scout or the DIBBS feed.

Is my data separate from other companies?

Yes. Every company operates in its own isolated workspace. Your data is never shared with, or visible to, any other tenant.

Can I get my data out?

Always. Your records export to standard spreadsheets at any time. There is no lock-in of any kind.
